Horseback Riding Tour
For years, the members of the Vargas Family, owners and workers of Hacienda Nosavar, have been delighted with a cowboy tradition; horses are their passion. They actively participate in horseback riding parades around the country.
In addition to experiencing the life in a 640 hectares cattle farm, Hacienda Nosavar is also known for its natural beauty. One of the best destinations in Costa Rica for birdwatching, and encountering replies and plant life, is located on the Tárcoles riverside, which is also famous for its abundant crocodile habitats.
It is also within a short distance from the Carara biological reserve (home of the largest scarlet macaw in Costa Rica), which allows us the opportunity to share these natural marvels with our guests in horseback riding and boat tours on the river. As out gest, you will also have the opportunity to visit out Butterfly Garden or ride around the natural lakes within our far.
